Life is Like Estrogen. Its interactions are complex. No matter how much you try to regulate, it fluctuates day by day, year by year. It takes you by surprise or gives you migraines. When deficient, it can lead to depression, disrupt sleep or even break your bones. It messes with your brain but should protect your heart.
